What is Elementum Europa EWIV?

A European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) is a transnational legal instrument for the cooperation of two or more entities operating in at least two member states of the European Economic Area (EEA) and is an effective instrument for cross-border cooperation. EEIG is formed with the aim of facilitating or developing the economic activity of its members, and to improve or increase the results of these activities. The basic legal basis is EC Regulation no. 2137/85, adopted by the Council of Ministers on July 25, 1985, which is directly applicable in the member states. Member states of the EU can transfer the regulation into their legislation only in the sense that they regulate its implementation in more detail and do not have the possibility to amend the Regulation.

Purpose and operation of Elementum Europa EWIV

The association was founded in 2020 and operates in several member states of the European Economic Area, namely in Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. The association was founded with the goal of promoting and developing solutions in the field of property consulting and improving the results of its members, among which are the Slovenian companies Elementum, d.o.o. and Elementum AG d.o.o. The association supports its members in several areas, from education, marketing and information technologies to operational activities and the preparation of strategies; it has no intention of making its own profit as it works exclusively for the benefit of its members. The establishment of the Elementum Europa EWIV association represents a new milestone in the field of internationalization of the group, better connection between members and the exchange of know-how between them.

Elementum International AG Switzerland

The company Elementum International AG was founded in 2007 with the sole purpose of offering strategic buyers from Germany, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Portugal and Spain the opportunity to discreetly store physical precious metals in their name in modern, secured and reinsured specialized duty-free warehouses outside the system in safe Switzerland. Elementum International AG Switzerland does not carry out any transactions in precious metals. In the central Swiss Alps in the hill of St. Gotthard Mountain Massif, in addition to other warehouses, there is the first modern high-security duty-free warehouse where Elementum International AG organizes storage for its customers.

Elementum Germany

Elementum Deutschland GmbH was founded in 2008 with the aim of offering the general public opportunities to build, optimize and protect assets by investing in precious metals. The German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Lichtenstein and Switzerland with approx. 105 million inhabitants) have a century-old tradition in the field of precious metals and are consequently the most developed markets of all European countries. Therefore, compared to other European nations, German-speaking residents are traditionally much more informed and aware of investing in precious metals. Many offers for the classic purchase of physical precious metals can be found by German-speaking customers at all banks, stock exchanges, online stores, and specialized dealers. This is proven by market research in Germany such as; survey commissioned by the prominent Proaurum company for 2020, where as many as 76% of respondents believe that gold is an excellent investment opportunity and as many as 71% believe that it is the safest investment.

Elementum Deutschland GmbH also sets trends in Germany. The first Elementum company was founded in 2006 - Elementum d.o.o. - with the aim of offering the wider public in Slovenia the possibility of building, optimizing and protecting assets by investing in precious metals. Since its inception, Elementum has definitely offered more than just the sale of precious metals. Elementum sets trends in Slovenia. We are aware that investing in knowledge brings the highest return, which is why we at Elementum have organized 7 congresses for precious metals and raw materials since 2007. We have published several educational books in the Slovenian language, we have conducted 3 market surveys, and we have produced several different important silver coins.

We regularly offer informing and education to those interested through Elementum informative webinars and workshops, which we are now upgrading with an additional online Academy. Company Elementum Hrvatska d.o.o. is the first registered company on the Croatian market since 2011, whose main activity is consulting and mediation in investing in investment precious metals. In 2021, Elementum Hrvatska became a member of the Economic Interest Association (EGIZ) from Germany. After a series of successful years of business mainly in the German and Slovenian speaking markets of the European Union, the Economic Interest Association (EGIZ) from Germany offered its member Elementum Hrvatska d.o.o. new additional support in the development of a successful business with the aim of enabling Croatian citizens to be informed more easily and quickly through webinars and the online Academy.
