Quality control of precious metals
The quality of the precious metals we offer is of key importance to us. That's why we only work with partners that allow us to offer only the highest quality pelmenite metal products.
Umicore
For the production of precious metals, Umicore uses its own recycling plant, which is the largest in the world. In state-of-the-art recycling processes, 26 precious metals are recovered from old mobile phones, used laptops, used catalysts and other electronic waste, which are returned to the production cycle. Umicore has annual sales of EUR 10.4 billion (data from 2015).
Umicore is a bullion producer certified by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and produces bullion bars that have "good delivery" status.
What are LBMA bars?
An LBMA or "good delivery" bar is a bullion bar that meets the London Bullion Market Association's guidelines for size, weight and purity. Example: A silver bar must have a purity of 999. A gold bar must have an even purity of 999.5 to meet the "good delivery" guidelines.

Heraeus is a certified bullion producer certified by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and produces bullion that has "good delivery" status.
Storage of precious metals
In the central Swiss Alps in the mountain of St. Gotthard Mountain Massif, there is a modern high-security facility where we store our customers' precious metals. Elementum International AG specializes exclusively in the storage of precious metals in Switzerland and thus does not carry out any transactions in precious metals.
Elementum International AG is an independent joint-stock company registered under Swiss laws and is not a capital-related company with national Elementum companies. Its only service activity is the storage of precious metals in duty-free secured warehouses for all customers from different EU countries and Switzerland.

BDO AG offers audit services as well as tax and business consulting services to its clients. BDO AG is a global organization with offices in 164 countries. It employs 95,414 people in 1,713 offices.
For Elementum, BDO AG provides independent audits of the precious metals warehouse in Switzerland by physically verifying the stored stocks of precious metals of the clients as well as the compliant insurance coverage. Thus, it provides an independent review of precious metal stocks.
